新年の目標 (New Year's Resolutions)

豊田眞子

Every year from 1996-2019, I have spent New Year’s Day with my family. Every year I have sat with my father–whom I admire greatly–and written out my goals for the year with him, my mother, my two older siblings. It has always been one of my favorite ‘events’ in my head for the year. Honestly I prefer it to Christmas. I usually make about 50 resolutions and manage to achieve about half of them.

This year was the first year I spent apart from my family for New Year’s Day. I sat down with one of my best friends, Celina, called my parents and wrote these for 2020. I’d like to keep it here on my website for myself to hold myself accountable to myself.

To my original text, I plan to add the things I get done, as I get them done 🙂

It says:

New Year’s Resolutions, Year 2020
